This is an owner-occupied house with a fully private attached 312 sq ft casita/bungalow. We are always available to answer any questions or assist you if needed. We're only a skip away! We also respect your privacy and will ask you in a quick questionnaire on your preference of communication us.

*** For the rent police out there, comps are going for $1900 plus. So we felt comfortable to list at $1700 a month, which equates to $400 a week or $56.67 a day.

The Banana Bungalow 
Perfect place to get away and get outdoors at the same time! Located in a private gated home, The Banana Bungalow has its own private access, private parking, private patio to relax with distant views of The STRAT, beautiful sunsets and clear night skies. Walking distance to a few restaurants and bars, close distance to parks, nearby within 5 minutes is Walmart, Quick Care, restaurants and more. A quick 20 minute drive to Red Rock for hiking and nice trails. Enjoy free Wifi and access to owners pool/hot tub when scheduled. The Banana Bungalow is fully equipped for longer stays. VERY CLEAN, sanitized, and disinfected with ozone after every guest. Stay with confidence!

The Space
At The Banana Bungalow, we try to provide all the comforts of home away from home, on a tiny scale of course. The living space has a mini kitchenette with all kitchen necessities provided. Sit and relax and enjoy your home cooked meal or read a book while relaxing on your hammock with your own private patio. We also provide a smart TV for streaming your favorite show. There is a custom full bathroom w/shower and toilet. Also, get a good nights rest on your queen bed and dream big! Bonus, you'll have your own private Samsung full size washer and dryer inside. There is extra storage space and enjoy Samsung appliances with their Bespoke series refrigerator and microwave. 


Guest Access
You will have your own private access to your own bungalow living space, private gated parking (can be used for RV parking as well, there is NO RV Hookup), private outdoor yard, hammock, charcoal BBQ, outside seating and a gas fire pit. You will also have access to the owners pool and hot tub when scheduled. 


Special Notes
We are a pet friendly home with dogs and a cat. Our Pool Guy comes every Tuesday between 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. to clean the pool and hot tub. He will need to go through The Banana Bungalow Outdoor Patio. Landscapers and Pest Control come the second Friday of each month around 6:45 a.m. (We can accommodate for a different time according to your work sleep/schedule). We are centrally located in a community where each home is on half acre lots, so our neighbors are not too close. The bungalow is attached to our main home but in between is a hallway, a laundry room and a garage for ultimate privacy.

Pet Policy:
Dogs & cats welcomed! We love pets and are happy to accommodate your furry friend at The Banana Bungalow. Since the bungalow is small, we can only allow 2 pets. With no breed restrictions. If you plan to bring a pet, there are a few rules that must be followed:

1. Please inform us in your message if you are bringing a pet (two pet max). We are happy to host you and your furry friend, but we would greatly appreciate a heads up.
2. Please clean up after your pet, an outdoor poop station is available.
3. Monthly pet fee $20 (includes biweekly yard disinfecting).

4. $250 Refundable Pet deposit. This pet deposit is fully refundable if the Landlord determines that there are no damages that can be attributed to the pet in the property.

5. Optional dog walking/feeding service for an additional fee. 

6. Optional dog kennel rental.
